Top-Down Guidance: Our coaching philosophy emphasizes guiding players through the learning process rather than providing nonstop instructions. Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Sessions: Every Alliance player, regardless of age, gender, or ability, participates in Strength and Conditioning sessions. These sessions are designed to boost physical fitness, improve athletic performance, and minimise injury risks. Our comprehensive S&C programme ensures that each player develops the strength, agility, and endurance necessary to succeed both on and off the pitch.

Our coaching staff comprises highly qualified professionals with extensive experience and certifications, including UEFA coaching licenses and safeguarding certifications. Led by our founder Mehran Rowshan, who brings over 20 years of experience in sports and youth coaching, our team is committed to providing the highest level of football education.
